丽珠赛乐与复方丹参改善新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病预后

目的:探讨新生儿期后丽珠赛乐联合复方丹参对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）预后的影响。方法:新生儿期后治疗采用丽珠赛乐加复方丹参,预后采用发育商（DQ）评定,随访至生后10月。结果:重度HIE新生儿期后治疗组10月DQ值比未治疗组高,预后不良率比未治疗组低;中度HIE10月DQ均≥85,比重度HIE治疗组DQ高,预后好。结论:新生儿期后继续治疗可以减少神经系统后遗症的发生,明显改善HIE的预后。

Effects of treatment using cerebroprotein hydrolysate and compound Danshen on outcome of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalophathy

Objective:To research the effect of cerebroprotein hydrolysate and Xiang-Dan complexion on hypoxic-ischemic encephalophathy.Methods: Patients were treated by Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate and compound Salvia after neonatal phase. All of them were followed-up untill ten-month old,and recorded DQ score to evaluate prognosis. Result: For neonates suffering from severe HIE,development qatio (DQ) score of treating group was higher than that of none-treating after ten-month fellow-up while incidence of poor prognosis of theating group was lower. In moderate HIE group,after ten-month ferrow-up, the mean of DQ score was greater than eighty-five, which was higher than that of severe HIE group,indicating better prognosis.Conclusion: continous therapy after neonate-phase could decrease the incidence of nerve sequela, improve prognosis.
