急性呼吸衰竭家兔外周血和支气管肺泡灌洗液中炎性介质的表达

目的探讨家兔油酸性急性呼吸衰竭(ARF)的发病机制与炎性介质的关系。方法健康新西兰家兔40只,随机分为ARF组和正常对照组,每组20只,然后分别测定对照组和ARF组模型复制后家兔外周血中和支气管肺泡灌洗液中(BALF)炎性介质肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和白介素-1β(IL-1β)的表达水平,并进行比较。结果ARF组外周血和BALF中TNF-α和IL-1β表达水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论TNF-α的释放激活可作为ARF的始动环节,IL-1β在发展过程中起协同作用。

Expressions of inflammatory mediators in serum and bronchial alveolarlavage fluid in rabbits with acute respiratory failure

Objective To investigate the expressions of inflammatory mediators in serum and bronchial alveolar lavage fluid in rabbits with acute respiratory failure(ARF).Methods Forty healthy New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into ARF group and control group.The levels of tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α) and interleukin-1β(IL-1β) in serum and BALF were measured in two groups.Results The levels of TNF-αand IL-1βin ARF group is higher than them in control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Active TNF-α may be the starting factor of ARF,and IL-1β possiblly take synergistic effect in the development of ARF.
