| 摘 要： | 本文建立了在室温同一条件下对三颗针中小檗碱,药根碱,巴马亭及小檗胺同时分离测定的反相高效液相色谱法,并测定了其中各组分的含量。生物碱的检测限量为1-12ng,分析的最适波长为280nm,最适pH4.2。研究结果说明,用反相高效液相色谱法测定生物碱是一灵敏可靠的方法。

| Abstract: | A successful method for separation and qualitative determination of Alkaloids in San Ke Zhen by HPLC was established. The limit of detection for alkaloids is 1 - 12ng respectively. The most suitable wave length and optinal pH for the analysis are 280nm and 4. 2. The berberine, jatrorrhizine, palmatine and berbaimine was measured by this method. The results indicated that this method is sensitive and reliable. |
