摘    要:本文从股骨内固定钢板折断的临床出发,对人体股骨的力学量进行计算、测定,并用计算机算出整个股骨骨折后在钢板固定各个部位的应力——应变关系。找出股骨内固定钢板断裂的根本原因为:(1)钢板断裂是在骨折断端受以弯矩为主,扭、压并存,脉动交变应力作用下的疲劳断裂。(2)几乎所有在断口附近形成钢板断裂的实质问题是,在其所断口附近的应力远远大于其它部位钢板的应力。结论分析与临床结果完全吻合。

Abstract:This paper is concerned with measurement of strees and strains about internal fix steel-plate in femur by method of computer. According to the cases of fracturing steel-plate in femur, all parts of strees and strains in femur be cacu-lated by computer after steel-plate fixed. The cause of steel-plate fracture in femur is included in two problems. ( 1) Steel- plate fracture is caused by fitigure fracture under bending moment and compress and torge of pulsatical alternate force. (2)Strees at place of fracture in femur is five times than the strees of other parts in femur. Result of caculating by computer is identical with 23 clinical the cases of steel - plate fracture.
