| 摘 要： | 从百合花中提到的桔黄色色素,稳定性较好,急性毒性低,LD50>10.5g/kg。Ames试 验,小鼠骨髓微核试验和精子畸变试验均为阴性,可以开发为食用色素。

| Abstract: | Orange pigment extracted from flower of lily is more steady and lower in acute toxicity (LD50>10. 5g/kg). It shows negative in experiments of Ames,PCE and sperm Distortion. So it can be used as edible pigment. |
