| 摘 要： | 采用日本产姬松茸治疗慢性乙型肝炎10例,并做了治疗前后肝功能、r-球蛋白、血细胞等项检查。结果提示:治疗前后及实验组与对照组治疗后比较,结合胆酸、血清铁蛋白、蛋白电泳、凝血酶原时间、ALT、AST胆红素、白细胞、血小板均有显著性差异(P分别<0.005～0.001)。提示姬松茸可改善患者临床症状,有促进慢性乙型肝炎患者肝功能恢复及提高造血细胞生成的功能。

| Abstract: | 10 cases of chronic hepatitis B treated with Agaricus blazei were studied with 10 cases Westen Medical therapy for comparison. It was found that experimental groups patiets had significant decrease in CG, SF, gamma - globulin AST and ALT compared to control and after treatment(P<0. 01 - 0. 001). It was also found that Agaricus blazei groups had significant increase in the platelet and the leukocytes amount compared to control and after treatment (P<0. 001). Those results indicated that Agaricus blazei could improve liver function and raise hemopoientic cells of patients with chronic hepatitis B. |
