| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胸腺切除术后对重症肌无力患者生活质量的影响,以寻求有效的健康教育方法.方法 采用调整后的欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织QLQ-C30量表,以40例胸腺切除满3年的成人重症肌无力患者作为对照组,另外32例成人重症肌无力术后的患者作为试验组,分别给予不同的护理干预方式;3年后比较两组患者的生活质量.结果 试验组患者的生活质量较对照组的生活质量有明显改善.结论 试验组的成人重症肌无力胸腺切除术后患者远期的生活质量有显著提高.
