摘    要:用肾上腺素(Adr)模拟气滞形成大鼠急性血瘀模型,用丹参、川芎预防性治疗进行反证。结果Adr组低切变率全血粘度增高,RBC聚集性增强、RBC变形性减弱,离体血栓长度、湿重、干重明显增加,说明Adr可使大鼠血液流变性呈粘聚状态,且微循环障碍。丹参、川芎预防性治疗,能明显降低其血粘度,抑制RBC聚集,改善其变形性。说明二药对Adr形成血瘀状态有治疗作用,故反证Adr可形成大鼠血瘀模型。

Abstract:ith 0.1% Adr 0.15ml i. h., the rat can be served as an acute blood stasis model. The preventivetreatment with Red Sage Root and Chtlan Xiong was to confirm this model reversely. The experiment resultsshowed that whole blood viscosity was increased. RBC aggregation was enhanced. RBC deformability wasweakened. the length. wet weight and dry weight of the thrombosis in vitro were significantly increased inthe model group. These indicated that injecting Adr made not only hemorrheological signs of viscosity andaggregation but microcirculatory obetruction as well. The results also indicated that the preventive treatmentwith Red Sage Root and Chuan Xiong could markdly decrease the blood viscosity, inhibit RBC aggregationand improve RBC deformability thich demonstrated leversely that injecting Adr could cause rats to fotm anacute blood stasis model.
