| 摘 要： | 小鼠腹腔注射红毛五加多糖（ＡＧＰＳ）５、１０、２０ｍｇ／ｋｇ，连续４天，可对抗叠氮胸苷（ＡＺＴ）引起的造血和免疫抑制的毒副反应，使其外周血白细胞数目、骨髓造血干细胞和粒单系祖细胞数量增加，脾Ｔ淋巴细胞增殖功能和产生白细胞介素２的能力也明显升高，恢复至正常水平。

| Abstract: | GPS given ip to mice at dosage of 5mg/kg, 10mg/kg, 20mg/kgX8d, could resist the toxic effectsof hematopoietic and immune inhibition caused by AZT. The value of WBC, CPU--S and CFU--GM, lymphocyte proliferation and IL-2 production were markedly increased. These results suggest that AGPS could beused to antagonize the toxicity of AZT in treatment of AIDS. |
