摘    要:目的探讨普通人群血脂与动脉硬化的相关关系。方法于2007年9月~2008年10月对2375例体检人群进行人口学资料、心血管疾病危险因素进行调查,同时检测血压、血脂、脉搏波传导速度等指标,应用Pearson相关、偏相关分析血脂与动脉硬化的关系。结果颈-股动脉脉搏波传导速度与TC、LDL-C呈正相关,与HDL-C呈负相关,与TG无相关性;颈-桡动脉脉搏波传导速度与HDL-C呈负相关,与TC、LDL-C、TG无相关性。控制相关因素后,颈-股动脉脉搏波传导速度与TC呈正相关(r=0.2840,P0.01),与HDL-C呈负相关(r=-0.3101,P0.01),与TG、LDL-C无相关性;颈-桡动脉脉搏波传导速度与HDL-C呈负相关(r=-0.2130,P0.01),与TC、TG、LDL-C无相关性。结论血脂与动脉硬化相关,TC是中央大动脉硬化独立正相关因素,HDL-C是中央大动脉硬化及外周中动脉硬化独立负相关因素。

Analysis of correlation of serum lipid with arterial stiffness in 2375 subjects for health-care examination
Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between serum lipid and arterial stiffness. Methods A population-based cross-sectional survey was conducted in Beijing during Sep.2007 to Oct.2008.2375 individuals for health-care examination were investigated.By face to face interview, a questionnaire was used to investigate the risk factors for cardiovascular disease.Body height,body weight,blood pressure and heart rate etc.were measured.Serum TC,TG,LDL-C, HDL-C were detected.Automatic pulse wave velocity measuring system was used to examine carotid -femoral pulse wave velocity (CFPWV) and carotid-radial pulse wave velocity (CRPWV) as the parameters reflecting central elastic large arterial and peripheral muscular medium-sized arterial elasticity,respectively.Pearson and partial correlation analysis were used to study the relation between serum lipid and arterial stiffness.Results CFPWV had positive correlation with TC and LDL-C,negative correlation with HDL-C and no correlation with TG.CRPWV had negative correlation with HDL-C and no correlation with TC,LDL-C and TG.After controlling relative factors, TC was positively and independently correlated to CFPWV (r = 0.2840,P < 0.01).HDL-C was negatively and independently correlated to CFPWV (r=-0.3101,P < 0.01) and CRPWV (r =-0.2130,P < 0.01).Conclusion Serum lipid is correlated to arterial stiffness.TC is the positively and independently correlative factor for central large artery elasticity.HDL-C is the negatively and independently correlative factor for central large arterial and peripheral mediumsized arterial elasticity.
