疏血通与阿魏酸钠联合治疗脑梗塞的临床研究

目的观察疏血通与阿魏酸钠联合治疗脑梗塞的效果。方法采用随机分组方法将62例脑梗塞患者分为对照组及治疗组。对照组应用疏血通6ml静脉滴注，治疗组应用疏血通6ml和阿魏酸钠0．2g联合用药，均每天1次，共15天，两组均予拜阿斯匹林，甘露醇，康复理疗等常规治疗。治疗前后分别采用神经功能缺损评分（ESS）及日常生活活动量表（ADL）进行评分来判定临床疗效。结果患者神经功能及日常生活能力均有改善，治疗组优于对照组（P〈0、05）。结论疏血通和阿魏酸钠联合应用治疗脑梗塞疗效满意。

Clinical Study of the Curative Effect of the Combined Treatment with Shuxuetong Injection and Sodium Ferulate for Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To study the curative effect of the combined treatment with Shuxuetong Injection and Sodium Ferulate for acute cerebral infarction.Methods 62 cases with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 2 groups: treatment group and control group.Intravenous drip of 6ml of Shuxuetong Injection was given to control group,once a day,while the combined application of 6ml of Shuxuetong Injection and 0.2g of Sodium Ferulate,was made to treatment group,once a day,routine treatment with Bayaspirin,mannitol and physical therapy for rehabilitation was applied to the 2 groups,the treatment lasted for 15 days;before and after treatment,ESS and ADL were scored to value the clinical curative effect.Results ESS and ADL showed out great improvement after treatment,and the improvement in treatment group was much greater than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment with Shuxuetong Injection and Sodium Ferulate is effective for acute cerebral infarction.
