小切口胸腔镜手术的临床应用

目的评价小切口胸腔镜手术的效果及实用性。方法42例患者均采用小切口胸腔镜术式手术，以普通手术器械直视下操作为主。结果所有患者均治愈，除少数患者并发少量胸腔积液外，无严重并发症，与传统胸腔镜手术相比，手术难度下降，手术时间缩短，医疗费大大降低。结论小切口胸腔镜手术，操作简单，疗效满意。费用低廉，值得推广。

Clinical application of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery with small incision

Objective To evaluate practicability and effectiveness of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS) with small incision.Methods 42 patients were operated by way of VATS with small incision,manipulating mainly with general instruments under direct vision.Results All patients cured,no severe complications except a few patients with small hydrothorax.The difficulty and operation time of VATS and patients' fee-for-service all decreased remarkably comparing to conventional VATS.Conclusion VATS with the characteristic of small incision is worth to generalize due to good effectiveness and simple manipulation and low fee-for-service.
