多潘立酮联合用药治疗胆汁反流性胃炎疗效观察

目的比较多潘立酮与不同药物联合治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效。方法将122例胆汁反流性胃炎患者随机分成铝碳酸镁组和硫糖铝组各61例，铝碳酸镁组给予多潘立酮联合铝碳酸镁治疗，硫糖铝组给予多潘立酮联合硫糖铝治疗，疗程4周，并作临床表现、胃镜征象、病理活检、HP检测等疗效评定。结果铝碳酸镁组疗效优于硫糖铝组，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论多潘立酮与铝碳酸镁二联组合，治疗胆汁反流性胃炎作用协同，疗效优于多潘立酮与硫糖铝组合。

To Observe the Treatment Effect of Domperidone Combined with Different Drugs on Bile Reflux Gastritis

Objective To compare the different treatment effects of domperidone combined with different drugs on bile reflux gastritis. Methods 122 patients with bile reflux gastritis were randomly divided into two groups, hydrotalcite group and sucral- fate group, each with 61 patients, in hydrotalcite group integration of domperidone and hydrotalcite was applied while in sucralfate group integration of domperidone and sucralfate was applied, the whole course lasted for 4 weeks, the result was evaluated by clinical symptom, gastroscope phenomenon, pathological biopsy, H. pylori. Results Curing rate effective in hydrotalcite group superior to that in sucralfate group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Integration of domperidone and hydrotalcite can produce a supplementary interaction in curing the bile reflux gastritis. The threatment effect is better than domperidone combined with sucralfate.
