大连市社区卫生人力资源现况调查与分析

目的：了解大连市社区卫生服务人力资源现状。方法：采取问卷普查的方法，拟定统一调查表，下发各个社区卫生服务中心（站）填写上报。结果：西医师与中医师的学历和职称层次相对较高；护士和防保医师的学历及职称层次相对较低：医护比例不合理，护士所占比例偏小；性别比例失衡；培训状况取得了一定进展，但仍存在问题。结论：加强社区卫生人力全科医学服务意识，战略和战术相结合，提高社区卫生人力综合能力，建设高素质型社区卫生服务队伍。

Survey and Analysis on Community Health Human Resource in Dalian

This paper is to make a knowledge about community health human resource in Dalian. Uniform questionnaires were sent to community health centers, then collected for analysis. As a result, degree of Western medicine doctors were higher than China traditional doctors; the degree and school age were lower for nurses and preventive doctors; there was an rots- proportion in gender; it was problematic with training though progressing. As a conclusion, it should further strengthen the serving consciousness, increase the comprehensive ability and build up high level stuff for community health.
