| 摘 要： | 过敏性紫癜是一种血管变态反应性疾病,因机体对某些致敏物发生变态反应,导致毛细血管脆性及通透性增加,血液外渗,出现皮肤紫癜,黏膜及某些器官出血,此病多见于青少年.笔者从医十余年,采用自拟化瘀消斑汤观察治疗38例,取得较满意效果,现报告如下.
