对比脉冲序列造影成像技术评估肝癌无水酒精治疗疗效的应用

目的探讨应用对比脉冲序列（CPS）超声造影成像技术评价PEI治疗疗效的价值。方法在47例原发性肝癌（HCC）病人PEI治疗后，采用超声造影剂声诺维（Sono Vue）、Acuson Sequior512超声仪和CPS实时造影成像技术进行超声造影显像，观察病灶的血流灌注，并与常规彩超及增强CT进行对照，超声检查后随访半年以上。结果应用CPS实时造影成像技术，本组的64个病灶PEI治疗后肝肿瘤灭活诊断正确率96．8％，与增强CT检查结果相同，明显高于常规彩超的64．1％。结论超声造影能于PEI治疗后判断肿瘤坏死情况，可望成为评价肝癌PEI治疗疗效的可靠方法。

An application in assessment efficacy of percutaneous ethanol injection therapy for hepatocellular carcinomas(HCC) using Contrast Pulse Sequencing Technique

Objective To evaluate the role of Contrast Pulse Sequencing Technique in percutaneous ethanol injection therapy for hepatocellular carcinomas(HCC). Methods 47 primary hepatocel-lular carcinoma were studied. Contrast agent, SonoVue, Acuson Sequior 512 and Contrast Pulse Sequencing Technique were adopted. Contrast enhanced ultrasonography was performed and the result of these studies were compared with that of colour Doppler sonography imaging and enhanced CT after percutaneous ethanol injection therapy procedure. These 47 patients were followed up for 6 months after these procedures. Results 64 lesions were observed with enhanced ultrasonograph after percutaneous ethanol injection therapy. The accuracy of enhanced ultrasonograph was 96. 8%(62/64), which is similar to that of the enhanced CT and significantly superior to that of the routine colour ultrasonography which was only 64. l%(41/64). Conclusion Contrast Pulse Sequencing Technique can be effective method for postprocedural assessment of percutaneous ethanol injection therapy.
