中国健康老年男性血沉参考值（Wintrobe法）与海拔高度的关系

收集了中国各地用温氏法（Ｗｉｎｔｒｏｂｅ）测定的健康老年男性血沉参考值，并对其与海拔高度的关系进行了研究，发现随着海拔高度的逐渐增大，健康老年男性血沉参考值在逐渐的减小，相关性很显著，用一元回归分析的方法推导出了一个回归方程，如果知道了中国某地的海拔高度，就可以用回归方程估算这个地区健康老年男性的血沉参考值，为制定中国健康老年男性血沉参考值（Ｗｉｎｔｒｏｂｅ法）的统一标准提供了科学依据

Relationship between reference value(Wintrobe)of Chinese healthy old men erythrocyte sedimentation rate and altitude

To supply a basis for uniting the reference value(Wintrobe)standard of Chinese healthy old men ESR,a research was made about relationship between the reference value(Wintrobe)of Chinese old men ESR and altitude,ESR was determined by the way of Wintrobe lows.It was found that as the altitude increase gradually,the reference value(Wintrobe)of Chinese healthy old men ESR decrease gradually,and the correlation was quite obvious.Applying the method of mathematical regression analysis,one regression equation was given out.If altitude are obtained in some area,the reference value(Wintrobe)of Chinese healthy old men ESR of this area can be reckoned using regression equation.
