生精汤治疗精液异常不育症87例疗效观察

目的:观察生精汤治疗精液异常不育症的临床疗效。方法:以生精汤(处方:山药、山茱萸、覆盆子、桑椹、黄柏、枸杞子、菟丝子、淫羊藿、熟地黄、何首乌、麦芽、鹿角胶、牡丹皮、当归、甘草)治疗87例精液异常不育症患者。3月为1疗程,共治疗3疗程。每月复查1次精液常规,观察治疗前后精液各参数(精液量、液化时间、精子密度、活动率、精液形态)的变化及生育情况。结果:治愈12例,显效48例,有效19例,无效8例,总有效率90.8%。治疗前后精液各参数变化比较,差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01) 结论:生精汤治疗精液异常不育症,能有效改善并提高精子数量、活动力和精液质量,起到生精助育的作用

Treatment of Sterility Due to Dysspermatism by Shengjing Tang: A Clinical Observation of 87 Cases

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Shengjing Tang(SJT) for sterility due fo dysspermatism(SDS) . Methods: 87 cases of SDS were treated by SJT. 3 months constituted a course of treatment, and 3 courses were given. Routine sperm examination including the seminal volume, time of liquefaction, concentration, activity and morphology of sperm was done every month, and the birth situation before and after treatment, and the reproductive status was also observed monthly. Results: 12 cases were cured, 48 cases markedly effective, 19 cases effective and 8 cases ineffective, the total effective rate being 90. 8%. The parameters observed were significantly different after treatment ( P < 0. 01) . Conclusion: SJT can increase the sperm quantity and activity, and improve the seminal quality so as to exert spermatogenic effect and promote reproduction.
