坦度螺酮与氯硝西泮治疗广泛性焦虑症的疗效分析

目的探讨坦度螺酮与氯硝西泮治疗广泛性焦虑症的疗效差异。方法 80例广泛性焦虑症患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者给予坦度螺酮治疗,对照组给予氯硝西泮治疗。疗程为4周。观察两组疗效。治疗前和治疗后采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分。观察两组不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者总有效率(87.5%)和对照组总有效率(90.0%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗后的汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分和对照组患者治疗后的汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论坦度螺酮与氯硝西泮治疗广泛性焦虑症均有较好疗效,但坦度螺酮的不良反应少于氯硝西泮。

Analysis of the Curative Effect of Tandospirone and Clonazepam in the Treatment of Schizophrenia

Objective To investigate the efficacy between tandospirone and clonazepam in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods 80 patients with generalized anxiety disorder were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with tandospirone, the control group were given clonazepam. The coures was 4 weeks. The therapeutic effect was evaluated, adverse events was observed in two groups. Results The total efficiency in the observation group （87.5%） compared with that in the control group （90.0%）, there was no significant difference （P〈0.05）. The Hamilton Anxiety Scale score in the observation group after treatment compared with that in control group after treatment, there was no significant difference （P〈0.05）. The adverse reaction in observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Tandospirone and clonazepam in the treatment of schizophrenia has better curative effect, but the adverse reaction of tandospirone is less than risperidone.
