哮喘控制测试在儿童哮喘常态管理中的效果

目的评价哮喘控制测试(ACT)在儿童哮喘常态管理中的作用价值。方法对2011年1月至2013年12月在笔者医院的儿童哮喘门诊就诊的患儿650例,随机分为治疗组331例,对照组319例,所有患儿进行规范治疗与肺呼吸功能的测定,治疗组予用ACT,半年后对两组患儿进行治疗效果的统计分析。结果治疗组治疗后的肺呼吸功能指标优于对照组,并较治疗前有明显改善,ACT评分亦较治疗前升高,差异呈统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组ACT显示哮喘情况,完全控制205例(61.93%),部分控制121例(36.56%),未控制3例(1.51%)。治疗组用药依从性良好263例(79.46%),对照组为127例(39.81%),治疗组的用药依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 ACT指导儿童哮喘的治疗疗效显著,提高患儿控制率和用药依从性。

Application of ACT in Long-term Management of Children in Asthma

Objective To assess the effect of asthma control test（ACT）in long-term management of in children with asthma. Methods 650 asthma children with asthma in asthma out of patient clinic of our hospital from January 2011to December 2013 were collected,and randomly divided into the treatment group in 331 cases and the control group in 319 cases. The pationafs were given normative treatment pulmonary function testing, and the treatment group was given ACT on the basis. The result of two groups was evaluated after 6 months of treatment. Results Pulmonary function indexes of the treatment group after the treatment were significantly better than those of the control group, and improved more significant than those before the treatment, and ACT score after the treatment increased more significant than that before the treatment, the differences were statisfically significant（P〈0.05）.The ACT of the treatment group showed that complete control in 205 cases（61.93%）, partial control in 121 cases（36.56%）and uncontrol in 5 cases（1.51%）.The better compliance of the treatment group was 263 cases（79.46%）, the control group was 127 cases（39.81%）, the compliance of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ACT guidance for asthma treatment in children has significant effect, and can improve asthma in children control rate and compliance, and it will is used for reference.
