住院精神疾病患者猝死的临床探析

目的对住院精神疾病患者猝死的原因进行分析和总结并采取有效的预防措施。方法选择25例于2012年1月至2013年10月间在我院进行精神病治疗并发生猝死的患者资料进行研究,对全部患者的猝死原因进行分析。结果全部25例患者中,3例患者身体状况良好,4例心肌梗死患者,6例传导阻滞患者,12例冠心病患者。6例患者于晨起如厕时猝死,5例患者于进餐时猝死,14例患者于夜间睡眠时猝死。结论对住院精神疾病患者猝死的原因进行分析并及时采取有效的预防措施能够降低猝死率,使患者的生存质量获得有效改善。

Mental Illness Patients Clinical Analysis of Sudden Death in Hospital

Objective This paper analyzes the causes of sudden death in patients with mental illness in hospital and summarizing and take effective preventive measures. Methods 25 cases in January 2012 to October 2013 in our hospital for psychiatric treatment and study the sudden death of the patient data, to analyze the causes of sudden death in patients with all. Results All the 25 patients, three patients in good health, 4 cases of myocardial infarction patients, 6 patients with conduction block, 12 patients with coronary heart disease （CHD）. 6 patients died in the morning on the toilet, dinner when sudden death in 5 patients, 14 patients with sudden death during sleep at night. Conclusion This paper analyzes the causes of sudden death in patients with mental illness in hospital and promptly take effective measures to reduce the death rate, make the patient＆#39;s quality of life for effective improvement.
