下肢动脉硬化闭塞症血管支架置入术后的功能锻炼与康复护理

目的探讨并研究下肢动脉硬化闭塞症血管支架置入术后的功能锻炼与康复护理。方法选取我院自2011年10月至2013年10月收治的下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者35例,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,实验组18例,对照组17例。所有患者行血管支架置入术后,对照组采用常规护理方法,实验组采用全方位护理方法。对比两组患者的临床护理效果。结果经过护理后,两组患者的踝肱指数(ABI)无统计学差异,实验组采用全方位护理方法进行护理的患者的经皮氧分压(TcPO2)和跛行距离(DOC)均优于对照组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论采用全方位护理方法在对下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者的治疗中,能够有效的改善患者的病情,因此值得我们在临床上大力推荐。

Arteriosclerosis Obliterans Vascular Stenting Functional Exercise and Rehabilitation Care

Objective To explore and study arteriosclerosis obliterans vascular stenting functional exercise and rehabilitation care. Methods 35 patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2013 were selected, and divided them into two groups by random number table method, 18 cases in the experimental group, and 17 cases in the control group. All patients underwent stent implantation, the control group using conventional methods of care, comprehensive care approach experimental group. Compare the clinical care effect of two groups. Results After care, both groups of patients with ankle-brachial index （ABI） was no statistical difference in the experimental group method using a full range of nursing care of patients with transcutaneous oxygen pressure （TcPO2） and elaudication distance （DOC） than the control group, P〈0.05, statistically significant. Conclusion Using the full range of care methods in the treatment of arteriosclerosis obliterans patients, can effectively improve the patient＇s condition, and therefore worthy of our highly recommended in the clinical.
