腹部术后早期康复锻炼的临床研究

目的探讨早期康复锻炼对腹部手术后患者恢复的影响。方法选择行腹部手术患者260例,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各130例。实验组实施系统的早期康复锻炼指导。对照组进行常规护理。比较2组肛门排气时间、术后粘连性肠梗阻发生例数及住院天数。结果实验组术后肛门排气时间、卧床时间、住院天数及术后腹痛腹胀、粘连性肠梗阻的发生例数均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论早期康复锻炼可以促进肠功能恢复,降低腹部术后粘连性肠梗阻发生率,减少住院天数。

The Clinical Research of Early Rehabilitation Exercise for Patients after Abdominal Operation

Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation exercise for patients after abdominal operation. Methods Two hundreds and sixty patients after abdominal operation, divided into experimented group and control group with 130 patients respectively, were enrolled in parent study. We provided systemic early rehabilitation exercise for experimented group and usual care for control group, then, compared the time of anal air exhaust, instance with adhesive ileus, and hospital day between these two groups. Results The time of anal air exhaust, the time lying in bed, hospital day, and instance with pain, meteorism and adhesive ileus in experimented group were all lower than those in control group （P〈0.01）. Conclutions Early rehabilitation exercise could help intestines functional restoration, degrade abdomen adhesive ileus incidence and diminished hospital day for patients after abdominal operation.
