生理盐水穴位注射联合中药封包治疗肾绞痛的临床研究

目的观察生理盐水穴位注射联合中药封包治疗肾绞痛的疗效。方法将肾绞痛患者190例随机分为生理盐水穴位注射联合中药封包热敷组(A组)65例、阿托品+曲马多组(B组)69例,山莨菪碱针+度冷丁针组(C组)56例,利用疼痛标尺判断患者治疗前后疼痛指数的变化,进行疗效比较。结果 A组和B、C组显效时间、显效率、总有效率、30 min有效后恶心、欲呕发生率两两比较均有统计学意义;B组和C组显效时间、显效率、总有效率、30 min有效后恶心、欲呕发生率两两比较均无统计学意(P>0.05)。A组的显效时间短于B、C组,A组的总有效率高于其余两组,A组30 min有效后恶心、欲呕发生率低于其余两组。结论阿是穴生理盐水穴位注射联合中药封包能迅速解除患者的痛苦,操作简单易行,无明显不良反应。

Clinical Studies of Injection on Acupuncture Point with Saline Combined with Traditional Chinese Packet Treatment of Renal Colic

Objective To observe the effect of the injection on acupuncture point using saline combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine packet therapy on renal colic. Methods 190 cases of patients with renal colic were randomly divided into three groups （group A, 65 cases; group B, 69 cases and C group, 56cases）, the use of pain scale to determine the changes in pain scores before and after treatment, to compare efficacy. Results Group A and B, C group markedly time, effective time, significant efficiency, total efficiency, the effective nausea, the incidence of nausea and vomit after 30min that it is effective pairwise comparisons were statistically significant; group B and group C markedly time, significant efficiency, total efficiency, the incidence of nausea and vomit after 30min that it is effective pairwise comparisons were not statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Group A markedly short time with group B, group C, group A is always more efficient than the other two groups, the incidence of nausea and vomit after 30 min that it is effective is lower than the other two groups. Conclusion The treatment of the injection on acupuncture point using saline combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine packet can quickly relieve the suffering of patients, the operation is simple, no significant difference in overall efficiency.
