新型舒泰清灌肠法应用于腹腔镜下老年女性盆底功能障碍患者术前准备的临床研究

目的探讨出一种适合腹腔镜下老年女性盆底功能障碍患者术前肠道准备的方法。方法选择2012年1月至2013年12月在重庆市妇幼保健院妇科行腹腔镜下盆底功能障碍手术患者78例,按入组先后顺序随机分成2组,A组38例术前给予甘油灌肠剂灌肠110 mL,4次/天;B组40例患者给予复方聚乙二醇电解质散剂(舒泰清)2³盒口服;观察2种不同肠道准备方法对患者肠道清洁度、不良反应、舒适度以及睡眠状况。结果 2组患者中B组在舒适度以及不良反应腹痛上均优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者中肠道清洁度、睡眠情况,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年女性盆底功能障碍患者手术前单纯服用舒泰清作为肠道准备方法,能起到清洁肠道的作用,且患者不良反应少,易于接受。

New Cleaning Enema Shutai Used in Clinical Study for Patients with Pelvic Floordysfunction in Elderly Women before Laparoscopic

Objective To find out a best intestinal preparative method. Methods A total of 78 patients in Chongqing health center for women and children who received pelvic floor dysfunction laparoscopic surgeryduring Jan 2012 to Dec 2013, were divided into two groups by chronologically. The 38 patients in group A took 110 mL enemia glycerini by 4 times per day and the 40 patients in group B took two or three boxes of sulfate-free polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder （Shutaiqing）. The intestinal cleaness, adverse reactions, comforts and sleeps and of two kinds of intestinal preparative method in two groups were analyzed. Results Group B were superior to group A in comforts and adverse reactions. There is statistics significance in the difference intestinal preparative method （P〈0.05）. There is no statistics significance inintestinal cleaness and sleep aspect （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Taking sulfate-free polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder orally as intestinal preparation before laparoscopic pelvic floor dysfunction surgery for aged women patients can be useful for cleaning bowel and reducing adverse reactions and easily accepted.
