| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨脑淀粉样血管病相关脑出血的临床表现和病理特点。方法 回顾性分析1例脑淀粉样血管病患者的临床表现，通过尸检观察病理改变。结果 脑淀粉样血管病相关脑出血临床上呈复发性和多灶性，刚果红染色可见淀粉样物质沉积于血管壁。结论 对于临床上出现的复发性和多灶性的脑出血，尤其是脑叶出血，要警惕脑血管淀粉样变性的可能，脑活检刚果红染色可以协助诊断。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical and pathological features of cerebral amyloid angiopathy related hemmorrhage(CAAH).Methods To analyze the clinical features of a patient retrospectively,and observe the pathological changes by autopsy examination.Results CAAH clinical feature is recurrent and multifocal.Amyloid deposition in the vessel wall can be found by congo red staining.Conclusions Recurrent and multifocal cerebral hemorrhages,especially those in the lobes,highly indicate the posibility of cerebal amyloid angiopathy.Brain biopsy and congo red staining is valuable to the diagnosis of this disease. |
