| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨超声在海绵状血管瘤（CH）手术中的应用价值。方法：颅内海绵状血管瘤患者在开颅后应用术中超声,进行病灶的定位,选择手术路径,并用超声判断病灶切除程度。结果：病变定位准确,所有海绵状血管瘤均被完整切除,未出现相关的神经系统并发症。结论：术中超声可以实时显示病变的部位与轮廓,帮助术中对颅内病变的定位,提高了颅内病变的全切率,减少了手术并发症的发生率,安全、经济,有广泛的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the ultrasound in the cavernous hemangioma(CH) value of surgery.Methods:Intracranial cavernous hemangioma after the application of craniotomy patients intraoperative ultrasound,the lesion position to choose the path of surgery,and ultrasound to determine the extent of lesion.Results:Accurate lesion location, all are complete resection of CH,does not appear related to the nervous system complications.Conclusion:Real-time intraoperative ultrasound can show the lesion site and the outline... |
