Survivin在舌鳞癌中的表达及意义

目的：检测舌鳞癌组织中凋亡抑制蛋白Survivin的表达,探讨Survivin在舌鳞癌中的临床意义.方法：应用免疫组织化学方法检测10例正常舌黏膜、13例高分化舌鳞癌、20例中分化舌鳞癌和12例低分化舌鳞癌标本中Survivin的表达情况.采用SPSS13统计软件包进行非参数Kruskal-Wallis检验及Mann-Whitney U检验.结果：舌鳞癌标本中Survivin的阳性表达率为68.9%,显著高于正常对照组（P＜0.01）,Survivin蛋白表达与舌鳞癌组织学分级,TNM分期相关（P＜0.05）,与淋巴结转移密切相关（P＜0.01）.结论：Survivin在不同分化阶段的舌鳞癌中明显增加,与舌鳞癌发生、临床进展及预后密切相关,有望成为舌鳞癌治疗的新靶点.

Expression of Survivin and its significance in tongue squamous cell carcinoma

PURPOSE: To investigate the expression of Survivin,one of inhibitors of apoptosis proteins(IAPs) in tongue squamous cell carcinoma (TSCC), and discuss its clinical significance. METHODS: Immunohistochemical staining was employed to detect the expression of Survivin in 10 normal lingual mucosal membranes, 13 highly differentiated SCCs,20 medium-differentiated SCCs and 12 low-differentiated SCCs. Data was analyzed with SPSS13 software package for nonparametric Kruskal-Wallis test and Mann-Whitney U test. RESULTS: The positive staining rate of Survivin in TSCC was 68.9%, and significantly higher than that in normal control group (P<0.01). Overexpression of Survivin was related to the pathological grade , TNM stage (P<0.05) and closely to lymph node metastasis of TSCC (P<0.01). CONCLUSIONS: The positive staining of Survivin increased in different grades of TSCC, and Survivin is relative to carcinogenesis, progression and prognosis of TSCC.
