流行性出血热病毒感染NIH系裸鼠的实验研究

以流行性出血热病毒感染ＮＩＨ系无胸腺裸鼠，发现裸鼠不仅对流行性出血热病毒易感，而呈现显性发病，并出现规律潜伏期、发病期到死亡的全部病程。这一发现为流行性出血热的基础研究和临床研究等，找到了理想的易感、显性发病和致死的实验动物。

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON INFECTION OF NIH NUDE MICE WITH EPIDEMIC HEMORRHAGIC FEVER VIRUS

A study on the infection of NIH nude mice with EHFV was carrind out systematically. It was discovered that NIH nude mice were not only suseeptiple to EHFV, but also manifested a do minant attack and a regular course of disease including the stages of incubation, attack and death. with this discovery an ideal laboratory animal with susceptibility, dominant attack and death was found for the basic and clinical researches of epidemic hemorrhagic fever.
