基于文献计量学我国人性化护理管理研究现状分析

目的:了解我国人性化护理管理的研究状况及发展趋势,为人性化护理管理的进一步研究和发展提供参考依据。方法:以中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库和维普中文科技期刊数据库为数据来源,检索1999-2009年我国人性化护理管理相关文献。利用Excel软件建立数据库对研究内容、期刊分布、文献年度变化、地区分布等进行计量学分析。结果:共检索出人性化护理管理相关文献133篇,在国内刊物上发表的人性化护理管理相关文献呈逐年增长趋势;133篇文献中有45篇(33.83%)发表在统计源期刊;研究内容大多为人性化护理管理临床应用的经验介绍(60.15%)。结论:人性化护理管理日益受到护理管理人员和研究者的重视,但文献的质量尚有待于提高。

Bibliometric analysis of the studies on humanistic nursing management

Objective：To understand the current status and developing trends of humanistic nursing management in China,and provide reference to the further research and development of humanistic management.Methods：All literatures related to humanistic nursing management were searched in the Chinese Bio-Medical Literature Database （CBM disc）,China National Knowledge Infrastructure （CNKI） and VIP Database for Chinese Technical Periodicals （VIP） from 1999 to 2009.Bibliometric analysis methods were used to analyze the distribution of time,area,journal distribution and research categories by using Microsoft Excel.Results：Totally 133 articles related to humanistic management in nursing staffs were collected and the number of publications increased in recent years,33.83% of which were published on the source journals for Chinese scientific and technical papers and citations;60.15% of which were about the application of the humanistic management.Conclusion：A lot of nurse managers and researchers have paid more and more attention on humanistic management and the quality of the literatures remain to be improved still.
