| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨金属烤瓷修复体拆除的原因。方法 通过对 2 4 0例不同原因引起的金属烤瓷修复体失败拆除进行分析。结果 瓷崩裂、脱落占拆除原因的第 1位 ;基牙折裂及折断占拆除原因的第 2位 ;其次为牙髓病变 ,修复体松动脱落 ,食物嵌塞 ,外形、颜色不满意、牙龈炎等。结论 了解金属烤瓷修复体的失败原因 ,对于重新制作具有临床价值

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the reasons of demolish of ceramic repair. Methods 240 cases of demolished ceramic repair failure were analyzed. Results The crack and abscission of ceramic repair were the first reasons. The second reason were teeth broken and cracked and then tooth pulp lesion, loosen of repair, food impaction and others. Conclusion The experience of reasons of ceramic repair failure could be high clinical value to re-make the ceramic repair. |
