| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对临床成人正畸的病例进行回顾性分析,旨在为临床成人正畸治疗提供参考。方法:选择20例成人正畸治疗完成的病例和11例未完成病例,分析成人错牙合患者中伴有口腔疾病的情况和典型病例矫治难点及特点等矫治体会。结果:成人正畸患者较儿童患者多伴有残冠残根、牙缺失、颞颌关节紊乱综合征、修复体、牙周炎等问题。20例完成病例均取得较好的治疗效果,前牙覆牙合覆盖正常,后牙为尖窝关系或保持原有的后牙牙合关系。结论:成人错牙合患者由于大多伴有口腔疾病及增龄性改变,从而影响常规矫治设计方案,尤其对于需要拔牙矫治的病例,增加了正畸治疗的难度。

| Abstract: | Objective:To supply the experience of dental cases for orthodontic procedure for adults by retrospective study.Methods: Twenty subjects undergone perfect teeth reshaping and 11 half-done were collected for studying the complicated dental problems and procedure of malocclusion.Results: The dental problems as residual crowns and roots,missing teeth,TMJD,dentures and periodontal disease were commonly seen in adult patients than children.A total of 20 cases got normal occlusion of anterior and posterior teeth after the treatment.Conclusion :Adult patients with malocclusion are often complicated by dental diseases with age,which makes it hard to manage the work. |
