| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨外伤所致鼻泪管阻塞行泪囊鼻腔吻合术，吻合腔碘仿纱球作填塞引流物的手术效果。方法 对外伤所致鼻泪管阻塞31例37眼行泪囊鼻腔吻合术，术中用碘仿纱球作为填塞引流物。结果 观察6月至3年，全部患者术后无溢泪、溢脓，冲洗泪道通畅。结论 鼻泪管阻塞行泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗，术中用碘仿纱球作填塞引流物，操作简单，取材方便，疗效好。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the efficiency of iodoform gauze used as pack in the operation of dacryocystorhinstomy. Methods Dacryocys-torhinstomy was done in thirty-one cases (37 eyes), in which iudoform gauze was used as pack. Results All operative eases had no effusive tears and no pyorrhea after followed up 0.6~ 3 years.The lacrimal passages of all operative cases were unobstructed. Conclusion Iodoform gauze used as pack in dacryocystorhinstomy is an efficient method for post-traumatic obstruction of nasolacrimal duct. |
