2001～2005年广西疾病监测点居民伤害死亡分析

目的]通过分析广西疾病监测点伤害死亡情况,了解伤害的变化趋势和特点。方法]对2001～2005年疾病监测点资料进行分析比较。结果]伤害死亡在全死因顺位中排第4位,死亡水平从2001～2004年呈缓慢下降趋势,但2005年又有所回升。农村伤害死亡率高于城市,男性高于女性。前3位死因基本上包括了：机动车交通事故、药物的毒性效应、意外坠落、自杀和溺水。农村人群交通事故的死亡率高于城市,吸毒者死亡在农村呈上升趋势。5岁以下和60岁以上年龄组为死亡高发年龄组。结论]伤害已成为危害广西人群的主要死亡原因之一。

STUDY ON THE MORTALITY OF INJURY AMONG RESIDENTS IN DISEASE SURVEILLANCE SPOTS IN URBAN AND RURAL AREAS IN GUANGXI PROVINCE FROM 2001 TO 2005

Objective]To understand the characteristics and trend of injury by analyzing the death cases of injury of disease surveillance spots in Guangxi.Methods]The data from disease surveillance spots in Guangxi from 2001 to 2005 were analyzed and compared.Results]Injury was the fourth leading causes of the death,the death trend fell slowly from 2001 to 2004,but it rose in 2005. The mortality rate of rural inhabitants was higher than urban inhabitants,and males was with a higher mortality rate than females. The leading causes of injuries were traffic accidents,iatric toxicity,accidental fall,suicide and drowning. The mortality rate of traffic accidents among rural inhabitants was higher than that among urban inhabitants,the death of druggers rose in rural areas. The leading groups which had high mortality rate were the groups of younger than 5 and older than 60.Conclusion]Injury has been one of the leading death causes of population in Guangxi.
