益气补肾活血方对轻度认知功能损伤患者的影响

目的观察益气补肾活血方对轻度认知功能损伤（MCI）患者的临床疗效。方法60例MCI患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。两组治疗期间停服一切中西医和其他促智药物，以及停服对大脑功能代谢有影响的药物直至疗程结束。对照组只给予治疗既往存在疾病的药物，治疗组给予治疗既往存在疾病的药物，并给予益气补肾活血方，12W为1个疗程，1个疗程后观察临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗后临床疗效与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.01）；治疗组治疗前后简短精神状态量表（MMSE）评分及无意义图形再认积分比较有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论益气补肾活血方对MCI患者的临床疗效较理想，有较好的临床推广价值。

Impact of Yi Qi Bu Shen Huo Xue Fang on Mild Cognitive Impairment in Patients

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yi Qi Bu Shen Huo Xue Fang（the decoction for benefiting qi, tonifying the kidney and activating blood circulation） on mild cognitive impairment （MCI） in patients. Methods 60 cases diagnosed as MCI were randomized into two groups ,30 cases in each one. During the treatment, all of Chinese and western medicines for promoting the intelligence and the drugs impacting cerebral functional metabolism were terminated till the end of the treatment course in two groups. In treatment group,the drugs administered in the past were still taken. Additionally, Yi Qi Bu Shen Huo Xue Fang was supplemented. In control group,only the drugs administered in the past were taken. 12 weeks of treatment made 1 course. 1 course of treatment later,the efficacy was observed. Results In treatment group, after treatment, the significant difference was presented in the efficacy on the syndromes of Chinese medicine compared with those in control group （P〈0.01）. The significant differences were obtained in MMSE and score of random shape recognition in comparison before and after treatment in treatment group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Yi Qi Bu Shen Huo Xue Fang achieves quite satisfactory clinical efficacy on MIC patents and deserves to be promoted in clinic.
