纤维蛋白封闭剂对人牙髓细胞生长的影响

目的：观察fibrin sealant(FS)对人牙髓细胞贴壁率、生长曲线、增殖以及碱性磷酸酶活性的影响。方法：体外培养人牙髓细胞并鉴定，采用细胞记数法计算细胞贴壁率，绘制细胞生长曲线；采用MTT法测定细胞增殖；采用碱性磷酸酶试剂盒测定碱性磷酸酶活性。结果：FS组细胞的早期贴壁率明显高于对照组。FS组的细胞贴壁率在2h时是对照组的4．6倍，8h时FS组细胞的贴壁率超过100％(102．6％)，而对照组在24h超过100％(103％)。进入对数生长期后，FS组和对照组两条曲线曲度大致相似，实验组与对照组的MTT和ALP的A值无显著差异。结论：FS具有良好的生物相容性，有利于体外培养的牙髓细胞的早期贴壁和存活，但对细胞增殖速度及细胞分化无显著影响。

The effects of fibrin sealant on growth of human dental pulp cell

AIM: To investigate the effects of the fibrin sealant on the seeding survival rate, growth curve, proliferation and ALP activity of human dental pulp cell (HDP). METHODS; The culture and identification of HDP cell, the seeding survival rate and growth curve of the cell were obtained by cell counting. The effects of FS on the proliferation of HDP cell was detected by MTT assay. The effects of FS on the ALP activity of HDP was detected by ALP assay. RESULTS: The seeding survival rate of group FS was increased than the control. The growth curve , the proliferation and ALP activity of HDP cell were unaffected by FS. CONCLUSION: FS can promots the seeding survive of the cell and have no effects on the cell proliferation and differentiation.
