摘 要: | 目的:建立覆盆子药材的质量标准,为该药材植物资源的开发利用提供科学依据。方法:采用薄层色谱法,水分测定法,灰分测定法,浸出物测定法及高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。结果:10批覆盆子药材水分含量为9.56%~10.60%,总灰分含量为4.25%~7.59%,酸不溶性灰分含量为0.46%~0.89%,水溶性浸出物含量为10.45%~14.19%;山柰酚-3-O-芸香糖苷在0.0789~1.1835μg之间呈良好的线性,平均回收率为101.9%,RSD=0.7%(n=6);TLC鉴别结果满意。结论:通过研究建立了覆盆子的质量标准。

Abstract: | Objective:To provide scientific basis for the utilization and development of Rubus chingii by setting up the quality control specification of Rubus chingii.Method:Moisture,ash and extractum were determined by aquametry,method of ash determination and extract measurement,respectively.And the bioactive constituents were analyzed by HPLC and TLC.Result:The 10 batch of Rubus chingii moisture content was 9.56% ~ 10.60%,the total ash contents was 4.25% ~ 7.59%,the acid insoluble ash content was 0.46%~ 0.89%,the water extract content was 10.45% ~ 14.19%;For the HPLC quantitation method,the calibration curves were linear between 0.0789 ~ 1.1835μg.The average recovery rate was 101.9%,and RSD was 0.7%(n = 6);The TLC identification results were satisfactory.Conclusion:The established method can be used for the quality control of Rubus chingii. |
