摘    要:目的:采用RP-HPLC测定不同产地柿蒂药材中没食子酸的含量。方法:采用色谱柱:Cosmosil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.5%磷酸水溶液(5∶95)作流动相,流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:273nm;柱温:25℃。结果:不同产地柿蒂中没食子酸含量在0.0177-0.1000%。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确可靠,不同产地柿蒂中没食子酸含量有较大的差异,其中以吉安新兴药材行(130801)的含量最高。

Abstract:Objective:To establish an RP- HPLC determination of Gallic acid in Diospyros kaki Thunb from different sources.Methods:Cosmosil C18(4.6mm × 250mm,5μm),methanol-0.5 % phosphoric acid solution(5∶95) as the mobile phase;flow rate:1.0 mL /min;detection wavelength:273nm;column temperature:25 ℃.Results:The content of Gallic acid was in 0.0177 - 0.1000% of Diospyros kaki Thunb.from different areas.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,accurate and Diospyros kaki Thunb.from different areas of Gallic acid has a bigger difference,with the highest content of Ji,an(130801).
