痰热清治疗老年卒中相关性肺炎44例

目的：观察痰热清注射液治疗老年人卒中相关性肺炎的临床效果。方法：对我院2012年1月-2013年1月收治的老年人卒中相关性肺炎患者88例（男性70例,女性18例）进行随机分组,分为观察组和对照组各44例。所有患者均给与同样的常规治疗,观察组增加痰热清注射液30mL加入0.9%生理盐水250mL中静脉滴注,每天1次,疗程7-10天。结果：痰热清观察组可明显改善老年人卒中相关性肺炎患者的咳嗽、咳痰、痰粘稠度和发热等临床症状和肺部体征,明显减少住院时间,总有效率达90.9%。结论：痰热清注射液治疗老年人卒中相关性肺炎临床疗效可靠,给临床医生减少抗生素的应用提供了新的治疗方法。

Clinical Effect of Tanreqing Injection on the Treatment of Senile Stroke- Associated Pneumonia

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Tanreqing Injection on the treatment of senile stroke- associated pneumonia（SAP）.Methods：88 senile SAP cases（70 males,18 females）,admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013,were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group,each with 44 cases.All patients were given the same conventional treatment while each case in the treatment group was additionally given 30mL of Tanreqing Injection plus 250mL of 0.9% normal saline solution via intravenous drip.Once a day,lasting for 7 - 10 days.Results：The Tanreqing Injection treatment can significantly relieve senile SAP patients＇ clinical symptoms such as cough,expectoration,viscous sputum,fever,etc.and improve physical signs of lung and can apparently reduce the length of hospital stay as well.The total effective rate reaches 90.9%.Conclusion：The clinical effect of Tanreqing Injection on the treatment of senile SAP patients is reliable,which provides clinicians with a new therapeutic method to reduce the use of antibiotics.
