复方甘草酸苷联合地氯雷他定及自血疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效观察

目的观察复方甘草酸苷联合自血疗法、地氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的160例患者随机分为4组,治疗组每日口服复方甘草酸苷及地氯雷他定,联合自血疗法,3次/周,对照1组每日口服复方甘草酸苷与地氯雷他定,对照2组口服地氯雷他定与自血疗法联合,对照3组单服地氯雷他定,于疗程4周结束时及停药3月后分别评价疗效。结果治疗4周后,治疗组与对照1组,对照2组有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与对照组3差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);停药3月后,治疗组与3个对照组有效率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),各组均未见明显副作用。结论复方甘草酸苷联合自血疗法、地氯雷他定治疗慢性荨麻疹安全有效。

Observation of Clinical Efficency of Compound Glycyrrhizin Combined with Desloratadine and Auto-blood Therapy in the Treatment of Chronic Urticaria

Objective To observe the clinical effect and Security of compound glycyrrhizin combined with desloratadine and auto-blood therapy in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods One hundred and sixty patients were randomly divided into 4 groups. The treatment group were treated with compound glycyrrhizin and desloratadine daily,and auto-blood therapy three times a week. The control group 1 were treated with glycyrrhizin and desloratadine daily. The control group 2 were treated with desloratadine daily,and auto-blood therapy in addition. The control group 3 were treated with desloratadine only. After 4 weeks treatment and 3 months drug withdrawal,the effect was evaluated. Results After 4 weeks treatment,there were efficiency variance with no statistical significance (P>0.05) between the treatment group and the control group1,the control group 2. The treatment group and the control group 3 had obviously difference and statistical significance (P<0.01). After 3 months drug withdrawal,there were obviously difference and statistical significance (P<0.05) between the treatment group and three control groups and there was no obvious adverse reaction in all groups. Conclusion The compound glycyrrhizin combined with desloratadine and auto-blood therapy is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic urticaria.
