| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜腹部手术患者体位设置的重要性。方法:通过临床实践,明确腹腔镜腹部手术对体位的要求。结果:腹腔镜腹部手术的体位需随病情的要求随时调整,尤其是联合手术。结论:病情复杂的腹腔镜手术有时要多种体位配合,特别是联合手术。术前手术室护士应多方设计患者的体位,这不仅能提高手术效果,而且可以预防相关的并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective:To assess the importance of patients' posture during laparoscopic abdominal operations.Methods: The posture requirements for laparoscopic operations were introduced with clinical cases.Results: The patients posture should be adjusted according to different operations, especially in combined operations.Conclusions: The complicated laparoscopic operations require multiple postures in order to succeed,especialiy for combined operations.Nurses should design the postures carefully before operation, which may not only improve the efficiency, but also prevent related complication. |
