骨髓基质细胞诱导为神经原及胶质细胞

摘    要:目的:发现一种新的方法代替雪旺细胞用来修复周围神经缺损。方法:从大鼠抽取骨髓在体外诱导为胶质细胞并做免疫组化。结果:骨髓基质细胞在体外培养数代,显示出极强的扩增能力,并在条件培养液的作用下分化为神经原及神经胶质细胞。结论:经论证,本实验在治疗中枢及外周神经疾病方面有重要意义。

Abstract:AIM: To find a new way to replace of Schwann cells, to regenerate nerve. METHODS: The stromal cell of bone marrow was obtained from Wister rat. and inducted into glial cells in vitro, then use histochemistry stains. RESULT: We demonstrate that bone marrow stromal cells can be inducted into neuron and glial cells by using particular method. CONCLUSION: The result of this test have an important significance in treatment of diseases of central and peripheral nervous systems.
