盐酸戊乙奎醚与东莨菪碱在全麻病人术前用药的临床观察

目的观察全麻病人术前肌注盐酸戊乙奎醚与东莨菪碱对血流动力学、腺体分泌影响。方法选择全身麻醉择期上腹部手术患者60例,随机分为两组,分别于麻醉前30min肌注盐酸戊乙奎醚和东莨菪碱,观察给药前,给药后10min、20min、30min的血流动力学,口干程度的变化。结果两组患者的心率（HR）、收缩压（SBP）,东莨菪碱组给药后明显高于给药前（P〈0.05）,盐酸戊乙奎醚组无显著差异;在抑制唾液腺分泌方面两组无显著差异。结论盐碱戊乙奎醚作为术前用药,其对心血管系统无明显兴奋作用,对唾液腺分泌的抑制明显,作用时间长,是全麻病人术前用药较好的选择。
