联合治疗急性心肌梗死疗效观察

目的观察联合治疗ST断上抬型急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者的临床疗效。方法选取90例ST断上抬型急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者并随机分为2组,所有患者均采用常规吸氧、营养心肌、止痛剂及镇静剂等治疗,45例患者在常规治疗基础上采用低分子肝素钠治疗作为对照组,45例患者在常规治疗基础上采用低分子肝素钠、瑞替普酶及硝酸甘油治疗作为观察组,观察比较两组临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率75.56%;观察组并发症发生率为37.78%（17/45）,对照组并发症发生率为60.00%（27/45）,两组差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组死亡率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论采用低分子肝素钠、瑞替普酶及硝酸甘油联合治疗急性心肌梗死,可明明改善患者冠状动脉血流及心肌供氧,疗效显著,而且并发症发生率低,死亡率低,值得临床推广应用。

Combination therapy clinical observation acute myocardial infarction

Objective To observe the combination therapy ST broken type service acute myocardial infarction(AMI) patients for clinical curative effect.Methods 90 cases of ST broken elevate selection of acute myocardial infarction(AMI) patients and randomly divided into two groups,all of the patients with normal oxygen,nourishing cardiac muscle,analgesics,and the treatment such as a sedative,45 patients in conventional treatment on the basis of low molecular heparin sodium treatment as control group,45 patients in conventional treatment on the basis of low molecular heparin sodium,Switzerland for general enzyme and nitroglycerin treatment as research group,and study the clinical curative effect of two sets and complications.Results The observation group the total effective rate was 93.33%,the comparison group total effectiveness 75.56%;The observation group complication rate was 37.78%(17/45),the control group complication rate was 60.00%(27/45),two groups are statistical differences.Conclusion The low molecular heparin sodium,Switzerland for general enzyme and nitroglycerin joint in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction,can clearly improve patients with coronary artery blood flow and the myocardial oxygen,curative effect is distinct,and complications low incidence,mortality rate low,and clinical application.
