| 摘 要： | 目的观察醒脑静与纳洛酮注射液治疗急性重度酒精中毒的疗效。方法在综合治疗的基础上将患者分为3组,Ⅰ组给予醒脑静注射液治疗,Ⅱ组给予纳洛酮注射液治疗,Ⅲ组给予醒脑静联合纳洛酮注射液治疗。结果Ⅲ组治疗急性重度酒精中毒疗效优于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组。结论醒脑静注射液和纳洛酮注射液治疗急性重度酒精中毒均有效,两者联用治疗急性重度酒精中毒时有协同作用,疗效优于单用醒脑静或纳洛酮注射液组。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of Xingnaojing injection and naloxone injection in treating acute severe alcoholism treatment. Methods Based on complex therapy, the patients were divided into 3 groups, group Ⅰgive Xingnaojing Injection in the treatment of naloxone injection therapy, group Ⅱ,Ⅲgroup Xingnaojing combined with naloxone injection in the treatment of. Results In group Ⅲin treating acute severe alcoholism effect is better than that in group ⅠandⅡ group. Conclusion The effect of Xingnaojing injection and naloxone injection in treating acute severe alcoholism are valid, a combination of the two in treating acute severe alcoholism have synergistic effect, curative effect is better than that of single with Xingnaojing injection and naloxone group. |
