| Abstract: | Public hospitals has an absolute advantage in China ＇s medical and health industry in terms of technical personnel reserve,asset size and in business scale.This paper discusses how social capitalleverages public hospitals brand,technology and market and how public hospital absorb funds from investors and learn from the management mechanism through the analysis on public hospital restructuring,equity cooperation and entrusted management. |
