危机管理在骨科病人管理中的应用

目的探讨危机管理在骨科病人护理风险管理中的作用。方法应用危机管理的方法讨论骨科患者发生意外风险事件的相关因素。全面评估,确定高危对象和重点人群,制定有效的防护措施,采用自制的调查问卷表对健康教育内容进行知晓率的测评。降低骨科患者的护理风险。结果在骨科病人护理风险管理中使用危机管理后,全科护理人员安全意识、识别风险因素的能力较前明显增加,住院病人对跌倒、坠床、褥疮等预防的知晓率由46%上升到91%,病区使用护栏率由58.7%上升到92.6%,护理满意度由95.2%上升到99.3%。结论危机管理作为一种新的管理理念,将其运用于护理风险防范中,通过相关因素分析、评估,制定有效的防护措施,可防止或减少护理意外风险事件的发生。

Application of Crisis Management in Management of Orthopedic Patients

Objective To explore the role of crisis management in nursing risk management of orthopedic patients Methods Relevant factors of accidental risk events of orthopedic patients were discussed in the perspective of crisis management.Nursing risk of orthopedic patients was reduced through comprehensive assessment,and effective protective measures taken for high-risk and key population identified and the usage of self-made questionnaire survey on the patient knowledge on health education.Results After application of crisis management in nursing risk management of orthopedic patients,safety awareness and capability of recognizing risk factors of nursing staff increased remarkably;patients＇ knowledge rate on prevention of tumble,falling down from bed and bed sores rose from 46% to 91%;use rate of guardrail rose from 58.7% to 92.6%;nursing satisfaction rate rose from 95.2% to 99.3%.Conclusion By analyzing and assessing relevant factors and taking effective protective measures with a new management concept,crisis management,accident risk events in nursing can be prevented or reduced.
