| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨并用疗肺散治疗糖尿病合并肺结核的临床疗效。方法 糖尿病合并肺结核的病人随机分为 2组 ,A组单纯用抗结核药 (联合化疗组 ) ,B组在抗痨药物基础上加用疗肺散 (联合治疗 +疗肺散 )。结果 糖尿病合并肺结核并用疗肺散 6个月 ,痰菌转阴率为 88 5 7% ,均明显高于单纯用药组 (P <0 0 1 ) ;血糖复常率及血糖复常持续时间均明显优于单纯化疗组 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 在联合化疗及降糖治疗基础上加用疗肺散可提高疗效

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the curative effect of Liaofeisan to treat diabetic combined with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods These patients were divided into two groups. The combined chemotherapy was used in group A and combined chemotherapy and Liaofeisan were used in group B. Results After 6 months treatment, the negative rate of sputum bacteria was 88.57% in group B that higher than that in group A (P<0.01). Blood sugar recovered and its time were better than those in group A. Conclusion On the basis of combined chemotherapy, Laiofeisan could improve the curative effect. |
