| 摘 要： | 使12条开胸犬冠脉前降支造成重度狭窄,观察60min内缺血区血液流变学的变化。狭窄即刻就有缺血区全血粘度(ηb)升高(P<0.01),红细胞压积(HCT)增加(P<0.05),但血浆粘度(ηp)和纤维蛋白原浓度未见明显变化(P>0.05)。本结果提示冠状动脉狭窄时缺血区血液流变学的变化在缺血即刻就开始出现,表现为ηb和HCT的增高。

| Abstract: | Severe, stenosis was produced on the left anterior descending coronary artery in twelve open-chest dogs. Blood rheological changes in the ischemic region were observed for 60 minutes. The results showed that the whole blood viscosity and he-matocrit were increased after the formation of coronary stenosis, however, there were no significant changes in plasma viscosity and the concentration of fibrinogen. It is suggested that immediately after myocardial ischemia, the blood rheological changes occur in the form of increase of whole blood viscosity and hematocrit. |
