肿瘤患者家庭照顾者心理韧性、希望水平和社会影响的相关性研究

【】 目的 对肿瘤患者家庭照顾者心理韧性、希望水平及社会影响进行现状调查、分析其相关性。方法 选取2020年01月—2022年12月就诊于本院的80例肿瘤患者家庭照顾者为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、心理复原力量表、Herth 希望量表、社会影响量表对入组肿瘤患者家庭照顾者进行问卷调查。采用Pearson相关分析方法分别分析肿瘤患者家庭照顾者心理韧性与希望水平、心理韧性与社会影响得分、希望水平与社会影响得分间的相关性。采用AMOS 22.0软件构建结构方程模型,对心理韧性得分在肿瘤患者家庭照顾者希望水平和社会影响间的中介作用进行验证。 结果 本研究共纳入80例肿瘤患者家庭照顾者,年龄42~76岁,男性37例,女性43例。量表评估结果显示:肿瘤患者家庭照顾者心理韧性评分(42.35±11.48)分;希望水平得分(22.75±7.35)分;肿瘤患者家庭照顾者社会影响得分为(71.27±11.64)分。Pearson相关分析结果显示:肿瘤患者家庭照顾者心理韧性得分与希望水平得分间呈正相关关系,r=0.432,P=0.011、与社会影响得分间呈负相关关系,r=-0.342,P=0.003、希望水平得分与社会影响得分间呈负相关关系,r=-0.357,P=0.015。心理韧性在希望水平和社会影响间有中介作用,希望水平对社会影响的总效应为50.16%,直接影响为43.43%,间接影响为6.73%。 结论 肿瘤患者家庭照顾者心理韧性处于中等水平、希望水平处于较低水平、病耻感居高不下。临床工作人员应从其相关性入手,通过多种手段提高肿瘤患者家庭照顾者心理韧性及希望水平,以降低其社会影响,减少其心理健康问题的发生。

A study on the correlation of mental resilience, hope level and social influence among family caregivers of cancer patients

Objective To investigate the current situation of mental toughness, hope level and social influence of family caregivers of cancer patients and analyze their correlation. MethodsEighty family caregivers of cancer patients admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. General data questionnaire, psychological resilience scale, herth hope scale and social impact scale were used to investigate the family caregivers of cancer patients. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between mental toughness and hope level, mental toughness and social impact score, and hope level and social impact score of family caregivers of cancer patients. AMOS 22.0 was used to construct a structural equation model to verify the mediating role of mental toughness score in the relationship between family caregiver hope level and social influence of cancer patients. ResultsA total of 80 family caregivers of cancer patients, aged 42-76 years old, 37 males and 43 females, were included in this study. The results of the scale evaluation showed that the mental toughness score of the family caregivers of cancer patients was (42.35±11.48) points; hope level score (22.75±7.35) points; the social impact score of family caregivers of cancer patients was (71.27±11.64) points. Pearson correlation analysis results showed that: There was a positive correlation between the score of mental toughness of family caregivers of cancer patients and the score of hope level (r=0.432, P=0.011), and a negative correlation between the score of mental toughness and the score of social impact (r=0.342, P=0.003), and a negative correlation between the score of hope level and the score of social impact (r=0.357, P=0.015). Psychological resilience had an intermediary effect between hope level and social influence. The total effect of hope level on social influence was 50.16%, the direct effect was 43.43%, and the indirect effect was 6.73%. ConclusionsThe mental toughness, hope and stigma of family caregivers of cancer patients are at a medium level, low level and high level. Clinical staff should start from the correlation and improve the mental toughness and hope level of family caregivers of cancer patients through various means, so as to reduce their social influence and reduce the occurrence of mental health problems.
